By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy described below. Ayna Online Mental Health Consultations (“Ayna”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Dr. Ogtay Gozalov, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

15. Disputes and Applicable Law
We aim to resolve concerns promptly and in good faith. Where necessary, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved in advance and scheduled exclusively for each client.
1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or failure to attend without notice, are non-refundable.
4. In exceptional circumstances, including emergencies, refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of Ayna Online Mental Health Consultations.
5. If the practitioner cancels a session, the client will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
6. The service provider is not currently registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on the services provided. Clients remain responsible for any local taxes that may apply in their country of residence.
