Individual Follow-Up Consultations: therapeutic conversations aimed at exploring difficulties, monitoring emotional patterns and supporting meaningful personal change.
Ideal For: Existing Clients engaging in weekly / bi-weekly / monthly continuing care.

Group Consultations: therapeutic conversations for Small Groups / Couples / Families, monitoring challenges, dynamics and life coaching.
Ideal For: Existing Clients engaging in weekly / bi-weekly / monthly continuing care.

Size of Group: up to 4 Clients at one group consultation.

Language Options for the Consultations: English, Russian and Azerbaijani.
