Focus: Identification, comprehensive history gathering, and collaborative solutions planning.

Ideal For: New clients, individuals with complex histories, or those recently affected by significant life transitions, crises, or international relocation.

50 Minutes Follow-Up Consultations in Four Languages

Details: 50 minutes

Focus: Ongoing talk therapy, challenges monitoring, and life coaching.

Ideal For: Existing clients engaging in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly continuing care.

Language Options: English, Russian and Azerbaijani (Consultation in French also possible upon request.)

Focus: Bridging cultural and linguistic gaps in complex mental health care.
